The Baron's Hot Sauce was a project where I had to design a Louisiana-style hot sauce line. I took inspiration from not only New Orleans but also Voodoo culture as well when approaching this project. Not only did I want the designs to be colorful, using Mardi Gras green, purple and yellow, but I also took ideas from the Baron figure in voodoo folklore and used him, combined with a voodoo mask, as a mascot of sorts for this project. As for the bottle design, I drew from voodoo potions as inspiration; from the cork and twine treatment as well as the skull on top.
